GAME RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. Get a free “PIZZA MAKER” Game Card at participating pizzerias. One ticket per person, sixteen years or older, per store visit, per day. Taxes are responsibility of winner. Void where prohibited by law.
2. TO PLAY—Use coin edge to scratch off dot. Collect game cards ”CHEESE”(1) + “SAUCE” (1) + “DOUGH”(1). Submit all three game cards and collect a Free Pizza with your next purchase.
3. INSTANT PRIZE CLAIM—Submit winning ticket and receive a free soft drink, free topping or discount with your next purchase. All product prizes will be paid by the participating shop printed on the face of the card. Material submitted becomes the property of the sponsor. One ticket redeemable per visit per day.
4. TICKETS—Will be judged void if illegible, altered, mutilated, forged, tampered with in any way, not obtained legitimately, if they contain printing errors, or where prohibited by law.
5. LOCATION—Promotion is available at participating pizza shops. Employees of sponsor, and members of their immediate household families are not eligible to play.
6. TERMINATION—This promotion officially ends when all tickets are distributed. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of termination or they are forfeited. Promotion may be repeated.
7. ODDS OF WINNING—Soft drinks, toppings, discounts and pizza are 1 in 5 or better.
